Q: How do I reserve a conference room?

Q: How do I request a service call?

Q: How do I request additional space?
A: You can reach out to CBRE directly at 703.905.0207 or contact your property management team to assist with putting you in contact with the correct person.

Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?

Q: Where can I park?
A: EastBoro I and II tenants can park in the EastBoro I and II parking garage behind their buildings. EastBoro III tenants can park in the EastBoro III shared garage and EastBoro IV tenants can park in the EastBoro IV underground garage. To request parking access, please contact the property management office.

Q: Where can my visitors park?
A: Visitors can park in 2-hour parking spaces on the surface lots.

Q: Do you offer car charging stations?
A: We do! There are 2 car charging stations on P1-level of the EastBoro I and II parking garages.

Q: Where can I park/store my bike?
A: EastBoro has 2 secure bike rooms, located on the B-level of both EastBoro I and III. There is also a bike rack located on P2-level of the EastBoro I and II parking garages.

Q: Where can I smoke?
A: The designated smoking area for EastBoro I is located on the left side from the rear entrance to 8251 Greensboro Drive. The designated smoking areas for EastBoro II and III are located at the loading area at the rear of 8255 Greensboro Drive.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A: Space heaters are not permitted at the buildings due to the additional electrical load they draw and potential fire concerns. Please contact your property management team if you are experiencing hot or cold conditions, click here to submit a service request.

Q: Can I bring in a coffee maker or other appliance?
A: Coffee makers and other appliances are not permitted at the buildings due to the additional electrical load they draw.

Q: I work after the building's normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: All requests for overtime lighting or HVAC must be submitted through the Tenant Center at least 24 hours in advance of the desired timeframe.
